OILINA TRILYE is made from single varietal olives from the Ayvalık region that are cold pressed within two to four hours of hand harvesting. This means that there is no loss of polyphenols or antioxidants. The local soil gives it a fruity taste, with aromatic notes of freshly cut grass, artichokes, nuts, leaves, apples, bananas and hints of wild herbs.
