Our OILINA ORGANIC is a 100% organic, single variety blend. It is made from early harvested Trilye olives from the Ayvalık region of Turkey and is cold pressed within two to four hours after hand harvesting.
 
It has a medium to strong intensity flavor profile, with aromatic notes of freshly cut grass, nuts, leaves, green tomatoes, herbs and green bananas.
