OILINA TRILYE is made from single-variety olives from the Ayvalık region, which are cold-pressed within two to four hours of being handpicked. This means that neither polyphenols nor antioxidants are lost.


The terroir of the country gives it a fruity taste, with aromatic notes of freshly cut grass, artichokes, nuts, leaves, apples, bananas and a hint of wild herbs.
