difference between olive oil and extra virgin olive oil

  • 500g green "Coco" beans (should not have any seeds)

  • 2 medium-sized onions

  • 100ml OILINA olive oil

  • 1 large clove of garlic

  • 1 medium-sized tomato

  • salt and pepper

  • ½ teaspoon chilli

Please use a coated pan for the preparation.

  1. Wash the green beans and cut the ends off. Halve in the middle and cut into equal 5 cm pieces.

  2. Halve the onions into 0.5 cm slices of equal size. Heat 10 tablespoons of OILINA in a pan, add onions and fry lightly over medium heat until translucent.

  3. Add green beans. Cut the garlic into fine cubes and add. Salt and stir well. Put the lid on and cook for 30 minutes over low heat (stir occasionally).

  4. Quarter and slice the tomato and add. Cook with the lid closed at a low temperature for 20-30 minutes. Season to taste with pepper and chilli and add salt if necessary. Then let the whole rest until the vegetables are firm to the bite. Turn off the heat and spread the rest of the OILINA olive oil over it. Finished!
